Plastic Products in Sterile Packaging – Saves Time and Money

In the pharmaceuticals industry and biotechnology, adherence to strict quality standards is a statutory obligation. Working in sterile conditions places particularly high demands on rooms and hygiene when it comes to ensuring sterility and reducing the risk of contamination. VITLAB^® now offers a wide range of sterile plastic products in individual packaging to suit your needs. The production of the labware occurs in clean room conditions.

The labware is manufactured in a sterile environment and then vacuum sealed and packed in specially coated cartons. Radiation sterilisation is then used to kill the bacteria. Every single sterilised product is marked with a batch number and an expiry date.
The sterilisation is shown by an indicator point and attested by a certificate of sterility.

The time-consuming cleaning and autoclaving processes that are required in laboratories when working with glass or plastic products without sterile packaging are no longer necessary. As a result time and money are saved. In addition the one-time use of sterile labware manufactured by VITLAB^® provides optimal protection against the contamination of samples and products, as well as of people and the environment. The work processes become more secure. Bioburden analyses, sterility tests or pyrogen tests are also available on request. VITLAB^® works in cooperation with an independent, accredited institute that performs all testing and analysis.
